Report of the Donor Conference Harm Reduction
In January 2009, representatives of donors, implementing governments, UN agencies, service providers, (ex) drug users, people living with HIV, activists and researchers convened in Amsterdam to work out proposals for scaling up harm reduction and accelerate progress towards universal access. This report summarizes the discussions and lists the proposals for concrete action, some of which are already taking shape.
