This report describes the process of developing policies on HIV/AIDS in the workplace and medical benefits with Alliance Linking Organisations in Cambodia, Senegal and Burkina Faso since 2002. It aims to help NGOs and other organisations develop their own policies. It includes a sample schedule for a technical support programme, sample workshop sessions plans, and sample policies.
