The conference will take place in Senegal and will be led by Prof. Souleymane Mboup. The aim of this conference is to revitalize the organization, format, and programs of African conferences on these issues.
The three programs to be developed are:
- A scientific program
- A community-based program/a program focusing on local communities
- A policy and leadership program
