• A human rights strategy for foreign policy, 2007
  With this policy the Ducth Ministry of Foreign Affairs aims to to work towards a safe, equitable, clean and prosperous world.

• Our common concern,
  Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation, 2007
  This policy letter sets out in more detail the Government Agenda 2015 and the 2008 Explanatory Memorandum for development cooperation. Its purpose is to present the choices that the government has made in its effort to contribute to the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals.

• UNGASS Country Progress Report 2006-2007 - The Netherlands
  This report is based on earlier reports and compiled by the Centre of Infectious Disease Control, RIVM. The report was discussed with the Ministery of Foreign Affairs and has been subject of discussion during an STI/HIV Platform meeting, were all relevant NGOs and PHW are represented.

• Results of Development 2005-2006
  This report outlines the results of Dutch development cooperation. The report is published every two years. Please check chapter 3 on Sexual Reproductive Health Rights and chapter 4 on HIV and AIDS.

• Evaluation of the Theme-based Co-Financing Programme
  The TMF programme was introduced in January 2003 as a new system for granting subsidies to Dutch and International NGO’s. This report presents the outcomes of an expert study on HIV/AIDS of the TMF programme.

• Out of the Margin: harm reduction and HIV prevention
  This booklet sets out the components of effective harm reduction programmes as evidenced by the experience gained in many countries around the world and demonstrated by scientific research.

• The Dutch AIDS Policy Paper (‘Aidsnotitie), Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation, june 2004
  With this AIDS memorandum, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation indicate how Dutch international AIDS policy is to be stepped up in terms of focus and funding.
