Job Opportunities for the MaxART Programme Immediate Access to ART Demonstration Project

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is offering 4 interesting positions in Swaziland in its study team for the MaxART programme Immediate Access to ART demonstration project.
This demonstration project will assess the feasibility, acceptability, outcomes, affordability, and scalability of offering treatment for people living with HIV irrespective of CD4 within its national health system (Treatment as Prevention approach - to improve health and preventing HIV transmission) and is the new exciting phase in the MaxART programme.
Senior Research Manager
The MaxART Senior Research Manager will be jointly responsible with the Principal Investigator from the Ministry of Health for the technical oversight, implementation and evaluation of this Immediate Access to ART Study.
The MaxART Research Manager will work closely with the Senior Research Manager to support the implementation of this Immediate Access to ART Implementation Study. The Research Manager will have primary responsibility for the implementation of the research in the health system.
The MaxART Data Manager will work closely with the Senior Research Manager to support the implementation of this Treatment as Prevention Implementation Study. The Data Manager will have overall responsibility for ensuring high quality data is collected, analyzed, and stored appropriately for the study.
Clinical Site Mentor
The MaxART Clinical Site Mentor will work closely with the Research Manager to support the implementation of this Treatment as Prevention Implementation Study, and have the primary responsibility for the clinical implementation of the project and oversight of health facilities involved.
