Reporting to you live from Mexico
This year the International AIDS Conference (IAC) is scheduled to take place from August 3-8, 2008 in Mexico city. STOP AIDS NOW! will be present at the Global Village in Mexico. On this section we will keep you updated on our activities during the conference.
STOP AIDS NOW! at the Global Village
At the Global Village STOP AIDS NOW! will be present with a booth, booth number: 101. On Wednesday we also have a networking zone of 60 square meter at our disposal, booth number: 401. With our booth and the netwoking zone we want to give local organisations a platform to exchange practical knowledge. We aim to provide opportunities for change, by providing an environment for local organisations to learn and connect in ways that will enhance their work when they return home.
The power of practice
At the STOP AIDS NOW! booth and the networking zone we bring organisations together to exchange practical knowlegde. The exchange of knowledge is organised around certain issues. Like for example: gender, prevention, HIV and AIDS in the workplace and care & support.
