Today's sessions focused on Stigma & Discrimination. After Siglia's artistic wake up session we continued with a lively theatre play by Patsime. Afterwards Tahi Ganyang Butarbutars showed us how PCDF/YPKM use traditional dance to raise public awareness and fight stigma & discrimination. Fatima Koshokova gave us an inside on the situation of children living with HIV in Kyrgyzstan. All afternoon sessions were hosted by our collaboration partners AIDS Free Journey!, TREE Foundation & Daffodil University.
Meet & Greet
The day game to an end with our 'Meet & Greet' cocktail party. It was great to have a change to catch up, exchange, meet and share with all partners present in Vienna. In between the drinks, people did go for a relaxing treatment in Beauty Salon "Body Talk". Customers did not only get their nails done but also received the latest ins and outs on sexual health. The Beauty Salon was not the only successful business in our Networking Zone. The artefacts shop of WOFAK was doing well too. They were able to sell almost all their handbags, necklaces and bracelets. All products were made by women groups in Kenya.
