General state of affairs
Partners in Zambia and Zimbabwe have developed an Action Plan. The Action Plan describes how the partners organisation plan to work together and deliver 6 products that will strengthen and increase quality of curren Life Skill programmes.

In Zimbabwe the partners work jointly on 3 tracks:

  • M&E - How to measure effects of programme on outcome level?
  • Address needs of HIV positive Youth - How to address needs of HIV+ youth in your programmes?
  • Youth volunteers management - How can you ensure quality of work of the (youth) volunteers?


Latest project news from Zambia
In Zambia the partners join forces on:

  • M&E – in general
  • Life skills & livelihood - How to integrate livelihood into life skills programmes and how to ensure a comprehensive life skill education programme?
  • Strengthening Implementation of life skills – How to ensure that providers capacity meets the clients needs? How to involve community and strengthen work of volunteers?


The next steps
In November 2010 the first Tools that are developed in each Track will be available and shared with all partners. Beginning of 2011 all tools will be tested.
