In September 2007 it had been decided that not 3, but 2 proposals would be developed. The issues Lobby & Advocacy and Access to Justice would be combined in one proposal. Lead agents had been appointed: CEYCA for the project on Lobby & Advocacy and Access to Justice and NOVOC for the project on Psychosocial Support. In the last 3 months of 2007 both CEYCA and NOVOC worked on the development of a solid linking and learning proposal (assisted by a local consultant). The Lobby & Advocacy proposal was approved at the end of the year 2007, the proposal on Psychosocial Support was approved early 2008. Implementation of the projects was supposed to end in one year (2008), but the projects have been extended till early 2010.
