Sexual and reproductive bodily and mental health is a state of positive well-being regarding one's reproductive capacity, reproduction, sexuality and sexual orientation.
Reproductive and sexual rights concern the human rights to safety, equality, freedom, and self-determination in decisions about reproduction, sex and sexuality.
Central to reproductive rights is the right to decide the number, spacing and timing of children, and to have access to the information and means to do so. Central to sexual rights is the right to decide if, when and how to have sex, as well as how to live out one's sexual identity.
For more background and more complete definitions of the concepts please see the Programme of Action of the 1994 International Conference on Population and Development. Rosalind Petchesky's 2000 article, “Reproductive and sexual rights: Charting the course of transnational women’s NGOs” is also very useful.
