  • Summary Evaluation Training of Trainers

Developing effective sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and HIV prevention programs is not easy. Two practical methods were developed to translate the evidence to practical use: ‘The Planning and Support Tool’ and the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) workbook ‘Are you on the Right Track?’. These tools are meant for organisations to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate effective, rights- and evidence-based SRHR and HIV prevention programmes for young people. To support organisations to understand and implement the tools, a group of trainers has been trained in this Training of Trainers pilot project. The evaluation study shows how trainers increase their knowledge and skills and are able to support organisations to work towards evidence based SRHR interventions for youth. more
